So on point! So much to unpack and accessible online!Feeling immense gratitude for the opportunity to take another holistic art therapy session with Bee. This time via facetime (online live video), so easy!In this rapidly changing global & personal circumstances, its hard to find a way to deal with the triggers that are set off. Especially when so much change leaves us dizzy with confusion.Bee gave me the precious opportunity to focus on what is most important. I gained clarity through, acknowledging the lessons learned from my past, how they are influencing and supporting my current struggles, and reminder of the specific strength i already have that are most supportive to me right now. Its impossible to describe how much hope and clarity this session has given me. Even though i have so many questions about the future really feel ready to move forward. Through symbology of taro, the wisdom of colour therapy, and her unique compassionate intuition Bee gave me the safe space for contemplation of feeling too heavy to face head on. Without any need for feeling the pressure of my current problems Bee understood what i needed and has given me very practical (science based) solutions to support me. Where in the past where there has been indecision and shame i find there is now hope and understanding of a path of deliberate dedications to a future to look forward. Im in awe of how this easy online activity has left me with a feeling of contentment that is independent of whats happening to me right now, and empowered to support myself through moving forward.I want to book a session for a friend, who has been experience similar feeling. Brenda is a wonderful and very talented art therapist. I've done quite a few of Brenda's workshops and especially loved the Mandalas drawing, the Love Letter together with my hubby (where we shared things we've forgotten but still deep in our hearts...it was so special!), Drawing & Essential oils etc. I've also sent my son who was 4yo at that time for a one-on-one session during school holiday because I was concern about how he's coping with his new baby brother and was relieved to see that his art work was full of love and there was nothing I had to worry about. He's been back to Brenda several times over the years and always looked forward to a session with her.
